Hi, I’m Ryan Baker, the founder of Kingly Consulting. 

Kingly Consulting was founded to change the world’s perspective on growth strategy. We have been looking through a broken lens for the past several decades and it is starting to catch up with us. 

The average age of a company has dropped by over 40 years since the 1950’s and our fastest growing companies have a 67% failure rate. Growth is more accessible than ever, but only if we understand how things have changed.

I am not your standard businessman. I am not “professional” and I don’t want you to be. If we work together I want to be honest, relaxed, and cooperative. We won’t accomplish anything valuable if we can’t be real with each other.

Outside of work, I have a beautiful wife and two adorable daughters. We enjoy spending time with our church family, traveling and exploring, drinking coffee, playing music, and board games.
