Best practices don't win auctions. This gives your AI the frameworks that do.
A free context file that loads Ryan Baker's Google Ads strategy into Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Built from 10 years and 1,000+ accounts, so the advice you get is principle-based, not documentation-based.

What this is
Most AI Google Ads advice comes from the same source: documentation, blog posts, and the conventional wisdom that trained the model. The advice isn't inaccurate. It's just designed for the average account at the average stage, and average doesn't win your specific auction.
This file loads in something different. Frameworks built from managing and training on more than 1,000 accounts over a decade, grounded in buyer psychology and how markets actually behave. When you ask about bidding strategy, your AI reasons from the Market Journey Path, not from Google's Smart Bidding overview page. When you ask about ad copy, it thinks about message-to-market stage, not Ad Strength. When you ask why your leads are garbage, it traces the problem through the three-layer stack instead of guessing at keywords.
You can add your account specifics in Part 2 to make the answers more targeted. The frameworks in Part 1 are what make the answers actually good.
What's inside
The file has two parts.
Part 1: Strategic framework (already filled in)
This is the part that changes what your AI reasons from. It covers:
- The Market Journey Path: how to think about where buyers are before they search, and how to match budget, targeting, and messaging to each stage
- The three-layer stack: how keyword, search term, and ad copy fit together, and why most account problems trace back to a mismatch between layers
- Bidding strategy logic: what each smart bidding strategy is actually designed to do, when to switch, and why chasing Target ROAS before you have clean conversion data is a reliable way to tank performance
- Performance Max: when it makes sense, when it cannibalizes, and what to actually look at when the reports tell you nothing
- Negative keyword methodology: the two-threshold approach to cutting waste without killing volume
- Conversion tracking principles: why bad tracking data is the root cause of most bad bidding decisions, and how to verify what's actually firing
- Ad copy: the Ad Strength trap, how RSAs actually work, and how buyer psychology should drive message decisions
Part 2: Your account context (you fill this in)
A structured template for your business, goals, current campaigns, what's working, what's not, and the questions you're trying to answer. Fill in what you know. The more specific you get, the more specific the advice gets.
What you'll get
- The Google Ads context file (strategic framework + your account template)
- Setup instructions for Claude.ai Projects, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Gemini, with platform-specific tips for getting the most out of each one
Who this is for
You manage Google Ads as part of a broader marketing role. You want to understand what's actually happening in your account well enough to make good decisions, and you want AI to help you get there faster than reading the documentation will.
This is also useful for business owners running their own ads who want a thinking partner that reasons from strategy rather than a help article.

About the framework
I'm Ryan Baker. I've spent 10 years in Google Ads across more than 1,000 accounts, from local service businesses to companies spending seven figures a month. I've built and trained Google Ads teams inside agencies and work directly with in-house marketers who need to be sharp on strategy, not just platform mechanics.
The frameworks in Part 1 of this file are what I use in coaching sessions and training. Built from what I've seen work and not work across a decade of real accounts, real buyers, and real business goals.
If you want to go deeper after using the file, I offer one-on-one coaching calls and a full training program for in-house marketers and marketing managers who want to be sharp on Google Ads strategy, not just the platform mechanics.
