Hand the account to someone who's going to treat it like their own.
Direct Google Ads management for a small number of service businesses and in-house marketing teams. By design, I don't take everyone who asks.
Book a free 30-minute callWho this is for
You're a small business owner whose ad account has been a revolving door. Or you're an in-house marketer who needs an experienced operator on the account while you focus on the rest of the marketing stack.
You're tired of agencies that bury you in dashboards and bury the real numbers underneath them. You want one person who knows your account, picks up the phone, and tells you the truth about what's working.
This is mostly for service businesses and lead generation. Home services, professional services, B2B, healthcare, anything where success is measured in calls, forms, and booked appointments. Not ecommerce.
What you get
I run the account. That means strategy, structure, keyword and audience work, bid management, ad copy, landing page recommendations, conversion tracking maintenance, the whole job. I report monthly in plain English, not in screenshots of the Google Ads interface.
You get me on email, on the phone when you need it, and on a standing monthly call. When something breaks or shifts, you hear about it from me before you read about it on a blog.
What it costs
$2,000 per month minimum, or 20% of ad spend on a declining scale, whichever is greater.
The declining scale means as your spend grows, the percentage drops. This keeps the math honest at every level. Small accounts get senior attention without me losing money on them. Big accounts don't pay a flat 20% on the millionth dollar of spend, because that wouldn't be fair to you.
I'll quote the exact terms on the call.
Why the limit
I cap the number of accounts I run directly. There is a number above which I cannot do the work properly, and I would rather turn business away than take on work I can't do well.
If I'm full when you call, I'll tell you, and I'll either put you on a waitlist or point you to someone I trust.
What I won't do
I won't lock you into a 12-month contract. The work either earns its keep month to month or it doesn't.
I won't take an account I don't think I can move. If your problem is upstream of Google Ads (wrong product-market fit, broken sales process, dead landing pages your team won't fix), I'll tell you on the call and we won't waste each other's time.
I won't take an ecommerce account. I'm not the right person for it.
