This site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with Kingly Consulting. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with others' use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems.
Content and intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, guides, frameworks, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Kingly Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference use.
Testimonials, client names, and case references are used with permission. They reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.
Services
Specific terms for services (Google Ads audits, management, training, coaching, hiring assistance, and expert witness work) are governed by separate agreements or statements of work entered into with individual clients. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of service availability, pricing, or outcomes.
Discovery calls and consultations are offered at no charge and do not create a client relationship until a separate agreement is executed.
No warranties
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that any specific results will be achieved by using the information on it. Google Ads results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform changes, competitive conditions, and budget.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingly Consulting and Ryan Baker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.

This site links to third-party services including Calendly, FounderFreedom.app, EasyPPC.app, and ExperienceLabs.io. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience only.
Expert witness services
Information on this site regarding expert witness and subject matter expert services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Engagement of expert witness services is subject to a separate retainer agreement. Ryan Baker does not represent any party and does not provide legal representation in any form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
